Limitations

• Business UX do not deal with Australian Government Departments.
• Business UX do not generally deal with large multinationals although we have had some on our books.
• Our customers are generally companies that just want their IT to work and are prepared to pay a reasonable price for service.
• We do not maintain home computers even for relatives.
• Configuring the network to provide adequate functionality requires a reasonable level of equipment.
• We work with our customers to ensure that equipment is kept within a reasonable service life and replaced before reliability is compromised.
• Viruses (viri virii) in Microsoft systems cannot be totally avoided but can be greatly mitigated by good practice.
• If you wish to attempt to completely avoid viruses the you need to run an operating system that is not Microsoft based.
• All systems we support must have up to date Antivirus software and firewalls enabled.
• The joke that is sometimes referred to as broadband is Australia, means that some business will have difficulty being able to avail them selves of services like backup over the net or even relatively fast web and email access.

Computer integration, file sharing, printer management are functions of Network Management and support.
